No one wants the apartment unit next to the elevator or the one next to the trash room.

Cataloging such "negative" amenities is an onerous task, especially for large portfolios. But, gaps in data can be stymieing for analytics. Fortunately data gathering can be automated and augmented using technology.

If the dimensions and measures are gathered and applied consistently, even approximate data can be helpful for predictive analytics.

E.g. A learning from one of our recent POV - finding the distance of units to the nearest city street.
